Health and Dental eligibility full-time and permanent part-time working greater than 30 hours per week.  Staff with a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for supplemental plans only.  Long-Term Substitutes will be notified by Suffolk Public Schools (SPS) of your eligibility to enroll after 90 days of consecutive service. The enrollment period ends on June 30.
